PURPOSE:To always perform stable film deviation control and film conveyance by preventing the endless film deviation control from being unstabilized and placed in inability to perform control due to a factor of temperature and an external factor of endurance or the like, relating to a heating device of film heating system or image forming device with the heating device serving as an image heating fixing device. CONSTITUTION:A device has mechanisms 6, 23, 26 for performing deviation control in a width direction of a film by displacing a conveying path member 12 of the film, detecting means 16, 26 for detecting a deviation position in the width direction of the film, deviation direction and a deviation speed and a control means 26 for controlling a displacement amount of the conveying path member 12 of the film 11 by estimating at least one condition of the deviation position, deviation direction and the deviation speed from now on of the film by a detection signal of the detecting means, when a direction orthogonal to a rotary conveying direction of the endless film 11 is assumed for the width direction of the film. |
