摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the production of a bobbin which is free welding defects and distortions by irradiating the bobbin with a high-energy density beam, alloying the irradiated part and making the part weakly magnetic or nonmagnetic. CONSTITUTION:Nickel foil 8 which is an austenite forming element is wound around the local part on the surface of the electromagnetic actuator member 7 consisting of steel having magnetism. The part is irradiated with the electromagnetic actuator member 9, such as laser beam or electron beam. The irradiated part is alloyed, by which the part is made weakly magnetic or nonmagnetic. As a result, the bobbin part of the electromagnetic actuator member is made of the metals of an integral type which are not made of resins or a welded structural material.
