METHOD FOR SEPARATING SPORE

摘要

PURPOSE:To selectively destroy only nutritive cells and to efficiently separate spores by treating spores of ascospore yeast under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Ascospore yeast of the genus Saccharomyces, Pichia or Hansenula is cultured in a spore forming medium and a cell suspension of spores and nutritive cells collected from the medium is subjected to high-pressure treatment under preferably 250-350MPa static pressure to separate the objective spores.
