<p>PURPOSE:To provide the bag for preserving blood components which has excellent gas permeability, has no danger of elution of a plasticizer into blood, is less deformed, has high strength and sufficiently withstands the long-term preservation of the blood and mechanical operations, such as centrifugal operation. CONSTITUTION:This bag for preserving the blood components is produced from a polymer mixture contg. the following (a), (b) and (c): (a) 25 to 70wt.% hydrogenated deriv. of a copolymer consisting of an homopolymer block of styrene and an elastomer type homopolymer block of butadiene; (b) 15 to 40wt.% copolymer essentially consisting of polypropylene or propylene; (c) 5 to 40wt.% straight chain ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer.</p> |
