SERIES AND SERIES GROUP OF ORTHOGONAL REDUCTION GEAR HAVING MOTOR

PURPOSE:To embody the cost reduction by achieving the common use of motors and gear boxes as much as possible to cope with the combinations of fitting method of various modes, the reduction gear ratios and the load capacity, thereby coping with the combination of the motor capacity of two or more kinds by a single gear box. CONSTITUTION:A motor cover 114 and a gear box 102 are separately provided in a series of an orthogonal reduction gear having a motor. The fitting dimensions of the motor cover 114 and the gear box 102, and the amount of dislocation of the shaft center of a hypoid pinion 104 and a hypoid gear 105 are set to be constant respectively in the sub-series (frame number) where the fitting dimensions relative to the counter part is set to be same. And the outer diameter of the hypoid gear 105 and the distance from the center of the gear 105 to the mounting surface of the motor cover 114 and the gear box 102 are set to be constant respectively. The hypoid pinion 104 are provided where the hypoid gear set with low reduction gear ratio is corresponded to the motor of large capacity while the hypoid gear set with high reduction gear ratio is corresponded to the motor of small capacity.
