PURPOSE:To prevent a pin from falling off from a pin hole at the time of inserting a push nut to the protruding end of the pin extending through the support member of a rotating shaft and a balance weight supported thereon. CONSTITUTION:A first push nut 19 is fitted to a pin 16 extending through the pin hole 15 of a support part 8a to bring the pin into contact with the upper surface of the support part 8a, whereby the pin 16 is fixed to the support part 8a. Thereafter, a second push nut 18 is fitted to the protruding end of the pin 16, whereby the pin 16 is prevented from falling off from the pin hole 15. |
