PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a cylindrical matter made of FRP and a device to be used for it wherein working environment is improved, because resin, cross linking agent, and solvent do not scatter nor diffuse, a high safety can be obtained as a worker can work at a position apart from a mandrel, and mechanical strength of a molded cylindrical matter made of FRP is excellent. CONSTITUTION:Basically, a blind-like reinforced fiber base material 1 is set on a continuous reinforced fiber base material 7 impregnated with resin and is wound on a peripheral face of a mandrel 3, or the continuous reinforced fiber base material is wound on the peripheral face of the mandrel with downward feeding, and preferably, the blind-like reinforced fiber base material is set on the continuous reinforced fiber base material impregnated with the resin and wound on the peripheral face of the mandrel with downward feeding and chopped strand 28 and a resin 31 are supplied from the top of the mandrel. |
