PURPOSE:To improve the performance and reliability of boiling and cooking and enable the great saving of energy when noodles, etc., are boiled and cooked, by controlling the heating of cooking hot water in a cooking tank by a specific method and simultaneously generating stirring water flows. CONSTITUTION:Cooking hot water in a cooking tank 3 is guided into a circulation heating chamber 7 with a circulation pump 16. The cooking hot water is heated and controlled to a cooking high temperature corresponding to a food to be cooked and lower than the boiling temperature with an electromagnetic induction heater 17 in the circulation heating chamber 7. The cooking high temperature hot water is returned to the cooking tank 3 with a return current water flow-generating device 18, and simultaneously stirring water flows are generated to boil and cook a food 20 to cooked in the cooking tank 3 with stirring. |
