ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To realize an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with improved accuracy by reducing errors in delay value of a delay circuit as a whole of a receiving circuit thereof. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus includes an oscillator 21 which sends a high frequency signal to a receiving circuit to generate a signal for measuring dispersion in the delay value of the circuit, switches S1 and S2 which change over a signal circuit having an input for the calibration of the delay value and for the scanning, a phase difference detection circuit which determines a difference in the delay value between a reference signal from an oscillator 21 and output signals of final stage delay adder circuits 7 and 8 to output a phase difference as a difference from a delay value preset and a variable delay wire 23 which varies the delay value to cancel the phase difference output.
