PURPOSE:To provide a low-loss ferrite suitable as a transformer material corresponding to high frequencies and high flux densities by converting a Mn-Zn ferrite into the further low loss ferrite. CONSTITUTION:An iron oxide having a hysteresis of an iron chloride, i.e., the iron oxide (alpha-Fe2O3) synthesized through the iron chloride, is employed as the starting raw material of a ferrite consisting mainly of Fe2O3, ZnO and MnO. Therein, the content of chloride ions contained in the iron oxide is controlled to <=1000ppm. |
