PURPOSE:To realize a small recording apparatus having recording media therein which enables easy transportability and storage by providing a connecting means which makes it possible to change the connecting condition of a housing body of a recording section and a housing body of the recording medium and placing them one upon another when they are not used. CONSTITUTION:The plane dimensions of a recording section housing body 4 and a recording medium housing body 5 are equal and they are roughly equal to the plane dimensions of a recording medium. A protrusion 52 on the top face of the recording medium housing body 5 is meshed with a hole 42 in the bottom face of the recording media housing body 4, thus they are connected. When recording, the direction of a long side of the recording section housing body 4 agrees with a short side of the recording medium housing body 5. When not in use, they can be placed just one upon another by pulling out the recording medium housing body 5 from the recording section housing body 4 and pushing it into the recording section housing body 5 after rotating it by an angle of 90 deg.. |
