PURPOSE:To provide the laser boring device capable of prolonging the life of a mask member which is provided between a work and a laser beam and reflects the laser beam and maintaining high-accuracy boring. CONSTITUTION:The mask member 8 which is constituted of the material to reflect the laser beam 1 and has prescribed holes 5 is provided between the work 3 and the laser beam 1 for irradiation. The mask member is formed of a low expansion material and the surface of the mask member 8 is coated 9 with a high reflection material to the laser beam 1. |
