<p>PURPOSE:To improve the safety of the working, the quality of steel plate and the productivity by automatizing the shape measurement of the steel plate with the press-ram system straightening device for the steel plate and smoothly executing the setting of lying rods at the straightening treatment time. CONSTITUTION:A primary shape measuring means 3 continuously measuring the surface shape of steel plate being transferred is provided on this side of the straightening device, and a secondary shape measuring means 4 measuring the specific surface of steel plate are provided at the pressurizing ram 5 and the surface plate 6 attached to the straightening device. Based on the shape measured result of the first order shape measuring means 3, the movement of the lying rods continuously connected is freely movable to the inside and the outside of the pass line respectively at the pressurizing ram 5 and the surface plate 6 is controlled. In such a way, the shape measuring of steel plate before straightening, the setting of the lying rods of the straightening machine and the shape measuring after straightening can be automatically executed.</p> |
