1375028 Displaying coins G M BOLANZ 25 Nov 1971 [8 Dec 1970] 54729/71 Heading A4T A storage container for coins comprises a container provided with wall members, one of which, 12, has a series of apertures 13 therein, and two elongate members 14 each of which is adapted to be releasably retained within the container by engaging one of the apertures, such that, when both the elongate members are so engaged they can support a coin therebetween. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the container may be of the slide and sleeve type, the sleeve having transparent walls. Alternatively, the container may be a hingelidded box. The elongate members may have grooves formed therein to accommodate the coin Fig. 3 (not shown). Member 16 may also be provided to support a card or label. The edges of the container may be formed with complementary projections 2 and grooves 3 so that a number of such containers can be connected together. Holes 11, through both parts of the embodiment shown, may be provided to receive a rod or wire to retain the container closed. |
