PURPOSE:To regularly generate sufficient pressure and flow rate by a pump with a fixed power by use of a natural force in which the water flow of living waste water is converted to a rotating force by a hydraulic turbine without using an artificial power such as an electric motor, and give a water flow containing desired fine bubbles to the living waste water to increase dissolved oxygen quantity. CONSTITUTION:A submergible pump 1 has a piston 3 inserted into a cylinder 2 in such a manner as to be capable of sliding and a connecting rod 4 provided on one end of the piston 4. On the lower end of the cylinder 2, a bubble nozzle 5 is provided, and the cylinder 2 is fixed to 8 fixed seat by a fixing means 6 in such a manner as to be capable of sliding at a determined angle. Thus, the connecting rod 4 is formed in such a manner as to be directly connectable to a rotating shaft. an upper discharge hole 7 is provided on the upper end of the cylinder 2, and a water feed hole 8 is provided in a position lower than the top dead center of the piston. The water from the water feed hole 8 is force-fed by the piston 2 to send out a pressurized water containing bubbles through the bubble nozzle 5. |
