<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a desired product by effectively utilizing industrial waste by adding a binder to the dust of industrial waste to mold said dust into a desired shape and applying a photo-setting resin solution to the surface of the molded article to cure the same by the irradiation with solar rays or ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:A binder is added to the dust of industrial waste and the resulting mixture is molded into a desired shape (e.g. ash tray) to obtain aggregate 1. A photo-setting resin 2 is applied to the surface of the aggregate 1 and the coated aggregate 1 is irradiated with solar rays or ultraviolet rays to obtain a product. At the same time, the elution and diffusion of the substance contained in the dust are prevented. Further, as a product, a pouring basin for casting or a lime wash receiving bag is produced. By this constitution, various effects, that is, the effective utilization of industrial waste dust generated in a casting factory (1), the protection of environment and the prevention of environmental pollution (2), the conservation of transport and disposal cost (3) and the reduction of material cost due to the reutilization of resources (4) are achieved.</p> |
