CONSTITUTION:A rising edge 1 is provided all over the periphery of a rectangular water-proofing floor pan 2 and a drain hole 7 is provided through the bottom of the pan 2 and adjusters 8 are projected downward from the four corners of the bottom. Legs 9 are provided on a base 6 for mounting a toilet stool and the base 6 is mounted on the floor pan 2 at a toilet space position. And embossed portions are formed on the bottom surface of the pan 2 to bring the legs 9 of the base 6 into engagement therewith. Thereby performing predetermined installation work of a toilet. In this manner, the base 6 is mounted on the pan 2 at a given position to freely select a shower space and toilet space.
