<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production directing system capable of using small-sized and lightweight ID tags each storing a memory element having a small capacity in a production line having many processes and machining works of many types and specifications. CONSTITUTION:Information writing devices 12-1 through 12-x are arranged at the inlets of individual processes 1-(x), and only the machining information required for the works in the processes 1-(x) is read out from an information control device 11 and written into the ID tags 15a-15g of vehicles 14a-14g respectively. The machining information quantity to be written into one ID tag is made very small in this system. A memory element stored in the ID tag has a very small memory capacity, and the small-sized and lightweight ID tag can be used.</p> |
