<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the brake vibration when the brake is applied, and prevent the dragging of the brake when the brake is released. CONSTITUTION:A disk brake is provided with a clearance adjustment mechanism 11 wherein a slide pin 4 is provided in either of a caliper 3 or a mounting 2, and an elastic body 7 which is inserted between the external circumference of the slide pin 4 and the internal circumference of a supporting hole 2a1 is provided between the slide pin 4 and the supporting hole 2a1 whereto the slide pin 4 is inserted in a slidable manner and which is provided on either side, and a ring-shaped thick-wall part 7a and a ring-shaped thin-wall part 7b are formed in the elastic body 7, and a bush 6 consisting of a metal member or a resin member with less sliding resistance which is fitted between the internal circumference of the elastic body 7 and the external circumference of the supporting hole 2a1 is provided.</p> |
