摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To produce the subject water-permeable block brick by blending a prescribed ratio of an incinerated ash of polymer-based sewage sludge, clay, a flux and an aggregate composed of fused sewage polymer slug, molding the resultant mixture and burning it. CONSTITUTION:With 50wt.% incinerated ash of polymer-based sewage sludge (ash obtained by dehydrating sewage using a high polymer coagulant in a dehydration process of sewage treatment and incinerating the resultant dehydrated sewage), 5 to 20wt.% clay (e.g. woody clay), 1 to 10wt.% flux (e.g. A general flux can be used. Its base component is limestone and its acid component is SiO2) and 20 to 44wt.% aggregate composed of fused slug from polymer-based sewage sludge (e.g. obtained by gradually cooling fused slug and controlling the particle size to about 1 to 20mm) are blended. The resultant mixture is formed into a block brick shape under 100 to 300kg/cm<2> and the formed material is dried and subsequently burned at 10000 to 1150 deg.C.</p>
