The present invention relates to a pyrotechnic method for anchoring an extended foundation module, characterised in that it consists in embedding the said module level with the ground or at the bottom of a trench (9) so that it exhibits a configurable emerging part (5) giving, as required, a storage volume for infrastructure elements such as electrical and/or electronic equipment, and to which vertical superstructure elements such as shafts (7, 8) of street lamps, posts, lighting booms or pylons can be fixed, the zone of connection of the said module and of the said vertical elements being protected by an opening and removable shell (12) resting on the ground. <IMAGE>
