PURPOSE:To provide a blue-coloring thermosensitive recording medium with excellent light fasteness. CONSTITUTION:A basic dye, a developer, at least, one type selected from among stearic acid, zinc stearate and calcium stearate, and 2,2'-methylene bis(4-methyl-6- tert-butylphenol) are added to a recording layer on a support. The basic dye is 3-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-3-(4-dimethylamino-2-methylphenyl)-6- dimethylaminophthalide and/or 3,3-bis(p-dimethylaminophenyl)-6-dimethylaminophthalide. |
