PURPOSE:To obtain a method for freezing and preserving a raw sea urchin in which the raw sea urchin can be preserved for a long period with hardly any deterioration of the raw sea urchin even after thawing. CONSTITUTION:The objective method for freezing and preserving a sea urchin is characterized by immersing the sea urchin in a mammalian milk and then quick-freezing the sea urchin. |
