PURPOSE:To fit a lower die in accordance with the position change in an upper die by devising a means so that the fixing means of the lower die is moved by a table in a parallel direction and a vertical direction against the axial direction of an iris needle inserted between the lower die and the upper die, respectively, etc. CONSTITUTION:The caulking device is provided with an (x)-(y) table C for adjusting the position of the lower die 2 against the upper die 1. In this regard, the upper die 1 is fixed to a lever 3, and also, the lever 3 is supported pivotally by a base frame through a shaft and a bearing. In this case, the lower die 2 is fixed to a lower die holder 34 fixed to the (x)-(y) table C, and also, fixed to the base frame through the (x)-(y) table C in the course of working. Also, the lower die holder 34 is fixed to the top face of the (x)-(y) table C, and also, in the inside, respective grooves 34a, 34b corresponding to a clamp lever 35 and the lower die 2 are formed respectively. Moreover, by turning the clamping lever 35 around a turning pin 36 against a spring 37, the lower die 2 is detached from the groove 34b. |
