The two parts are pref. identical shells or dishes which combine to form the opening for the base element (11). Each shell can have on an edge facing the other shell at least one guide groove (27) in which the closure member (14,15) can be held for sliding displacement. The closure member can comprise one or two identical flexible plates (14,15) each designed like a blind with webs connected by film hinges. The guide grooves (27) on the shell parts can each have at least one inlet opening (31) for the plates.
