The invention relates to applied immunology and may be used for identification of infectious disease virus neutralizing antibodies. A sample of a biological liquid is applied in the form of a point on a solid phase porous carrier with protein binding properties and is dried. Then the reaction between the antibodies of the tested sample with a virus antigen marked with a ferment is carried out by means of direct interaction between the virus antigen marked with the ferment and the antibodies of the tested sample. The results of the reaction are evaluated judging from the substrate-ferment coloration.
