ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

摘要

The solid electrolytic condenser is mfd. by (a) forming a dielectric oxidizing film on the surface of an anode aluminium foil, and (b) impregnating a condenser element with the molten soln. of tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ), isopropyl-isoquinolinium and quinolinic cpd. to form a solid electrolyte layer. The quinolinic cpd. is pref. at least one or two of isoquinoline, nomral quinoline or 8-oxyquinoline. The condenser has a high impregnation ratio and a frequency and temp. property.
