A wind turbine has several tangential nozzles on the rotor disk, the latter being conical and mounted on a horizontal axis, the apex pointing outwards. Each nozzle leads to its own wind chamber on the conical front surface of the rotor disk, separated from its neighbour by a radial wall.The outer walls of the nozzles form arcs which are eccentric to the turbine axis. The turbine can be combined with outer sails. The construction can be from wood, metal or glass fibre. The design will also work with a plane, rather than conical, rotor disk. USE/ADVANTAGE- Can be mounted on vehicles, ships and buildings for electricity generation in conjunction with batteries. It can be used for ventilation or pumping. Compact multi-purpose design.
