The layer (16) with high conductivity has a specific surface resistance of less than 1 X 104 ohm/sq, pref. 102 to 103 ohm/sq. Electrostatically shunting layers (14, 18) with a specific surface resistance between 1 X 105 ohm/sq and 1 X 1012 ohm/sq are assigned to the high conductivity layer (16). The high conductivity layer (16) is provided between electrostatically bleeding or dissipating layers (14, 18). The electrostatically screening layer (16) is interposed in one of the other layers (14, 18, 20). ADVANTAGE- Allows packing containers of different type and shape and gives electrostatic screening for protection of electronic products according to relevant regulations.
