PURPOSE:To make the captioned device smaller and lighter and improve workability and feed speed controllability by moving the inside circumferential surface of a freely reciprocatable upward or downward in the tapered part of the catching part so that the stationary and above-mentioned electromagnets are suitably energized or de-energized. CONSTITUTION:The inside circumferential surface 10' of an electromagnet 10 is moved upward at the tapered part 8' by the pressing force of a spring 11 interposed between the electromagnet 10 and suction plate 9 to put a welding wire 2 in a tight state. At this time, the electromagnet 10 is held released of the excitation. Next, when a stationary electromagnet 12 is energized, it sucks a suction plate 13. Since the suction plate 13 is mounted integrally with the electromagnet 10 and distance piece 15 and is made slidably with a frame 16, it is moved in the state that it is holding the wire 2, whereby feeding is accomplished. Next, the electromagnet 10 is energized to release the wire 2. Thence, when the electromagnet 12 is de-energized in the state that the electromagnet 10 is held energized, those other than the wire 2 return to the original state. By repeating the above, the wire 2 is fed in the arrow direction. |
