The Fc-bonding protein has a capability of bonding to the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G and the following properties: (a) mol. wt. of 24,000. (b) isoelectric pt. of pH 4.5. (c) UV region absorption is max. absorption 275 nm (E1%/1cm= 1.60). (d) Bonding capability of human immunoglobulin G11 mg/mg. The Fc portion of immunoglobulin G derives from Mammalia such as a human, monkey, rabbit, guineapig, dog, pig or mouse. The Fab portion contg. V domain relating to the bond to the immunoglobin G antigen is excluded. The domain bonding to the cell film is applied.
