(A) Improvement in the stability of liq., pasty and/or bulk media and products produced from and/or heated with the media is achieved by pouring the medium into a container and shaking so that the medium is subjected to greater reversal acceleration than that of motion reversal corresponding to harmonic. (B) Growth promotion of seeds and/or plants is effected using water which has been shaken in a container, as described above. (C) Also claimed is use of the process in the prodn. of dough products, esp. bread.
