The invention suggests a new type of seat cushion (10), which on the one hand shows a seat protection central section (12), from which two diverging lateral sections or thigh sections (12a, b) project, and on the other hand in cross-section shows a protection covered surrounding core of cellular material. The cellular material is composed of closed cells and perforated in such a way that good circulation between the cushion's both sides is ensured. Further the mentioned lateral sides (12a, b) are designed so, their inner, nearby sides touch the central section (12) when a space between the central section and nearby parts of the lateral sections is left. Preferably this mentioned space is filled, by a short, crevice-protecting flap (18) of the seat cushion (10).<IMAGE> |
