The waste combustion apparatus which is supplied with heat (150- 200 deg.C) and air comprises a rotary grate (2) that is rotated (0.3-1 rpm) by a motor (8) has multistage-air-nozzles (3) and air- nozzles (4) projected in the center, a combustion supply-pipe (5) which is installed at the top of the incinerator (1) having multiple nozzles (6) supply whirling air flow, an outlet (15) discharging the ashes collected on the bottom of the incinerator (1) and a resforage-tank (16) liquefying the ashes. The whirling air flow which is supplied by nozzles (6) promotes complete- combustion by oxidation-catalytic reaction. And the nozzles (3) (4) project high-pressure air to make combustion-area of waste larger and contact-time shorter.
