摘要

This cell line is used for research on tumour-associated antigens in experimental oncology. It produces a monoclonal body that does not exhibit any complement-depending cytotoxicity to the tumour cells against which it is obtained, as well as to cells from a variety of other sources. The cell line is obtained after cultivation with 10 percent FCS in RPMT 1640 medium and is registered with NBIMCC under <216> 2093.
