<p>This shoe is of the type comprising a sole (3) whose front part has a certain degree of mobility with respect to the rear part and comprising an element (6) for stiffening the sole (3), this element being arranged substantially in its longitudinal axis. According to the invention, the stiffening element (6) is shaped so as to give relative stiffness to the sole (3) along a transverse horizontal axis, that is to say in front/rear flexure of the sole (3), and around the longitudinal axis of the latter, that is to say in torsion of its front part with respect to its rear part, whilst permitting its front part to pivot with respect to its rear part about a vertical axis located substantially at the level of the calcaneo-cuboid joint of the foot. <IMAGE></p> |
