A propulsion device used for moving a mechanically excited rectilinear oscillation, excited by means of counter-rotating rotors (5) fitted with supplemental matter (6) pivoted in a slide (3), moving along a conduit (4), on which there are threaded spiral springs (8), balancing by centrifugal force of the rotors (5), connected with the motor (7) with fluently variable rotation. The oscillations of the slide (3) in the direction (V) are transferred crossways by a slanted bar (9), equipped with a wheel on the base (12).
