The method has just one stage and it reduces the risk of operation and the patient's traumatizing. Through left-lateral thoracophrenotomy, the perforation is localized. A triangular lambo is cut out from the front wall of the stomach. It starts with a peak in the bottom pole of the perforative edge, with a foundation as wide as 3 to 4 cm along the front wall of the stomach. The lambo is stretched in a proximal direction. Its peak is fixated in the area of the proximal edge of the perforation. The the edges of the gullet throttle are sown with singular stitches in two rows with the so-taken lambo.
