摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the molding failure due to the mixing of carbide or the like, the corrosion of a plasticator and the like from occurring and consequently enhance the productivity by a method wherein the resin changeover from resin with poor heat stability to heat-resistant resin is done once after the resin changeover to temporary replacement resin, which has a cylinder set temperature nearly equal to that of said resin with poor heat stability and has good heat stability, is performed. CONSTITUTION:When the molding with, for example, nonflammable acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene (ABS) resin with poor heat stability comes to an end, said resin in a hoper 6 is extracted from a discharge port 6a. Next, heat resistant, for example modified polyphenylene ether (PPE) resin is charged in the hopper 6. After that, heat stable, for example, polyethylene in a temporary replacement resin storage device 11 is fed through a resin drop hole 14 to the interior 1a of a heating cylinder 1. Next, the operating time of a screw reaches the operating time to change resin, the actuation of the screw and a resin feeding device 13 are stopped. When the temperature of the heating cylinder 1 reaches the set temperature of the denatured PPE resin by controlling band heaters 3, the denatured PPE resin in the hopper 6 is fed to the interior 1a of the heating cylinder 1. After that, by repeating the rotation of the screw and the injection by the screw, the resin changeover from the polyethylene resin to the denatured PPE resin is performed.
