摘要 PURPOSE:To control all slave stations identically and simultaneously from a reference station by setting an initial connection control window to a slave station control area corresponding to each spot beam from the reference station and setting a synchronizing maintenance control window in each beam time area. CONSTITUTION:A slave station control information generating circuit 8 discriminates a slave station requiring the initial connection control again and a slave station to be transited to the synchronization maintenance control from inputted reception burst information 20, generates window selection information 17 and outputs it to a window selection circuit 4, while new slave station control information 23 is generated and broadcast with a reference burst included therein. On the other hand, the circuit 4 selectively outputs a slave station applying initial connection control again, that is, window position information 15a outputted from the initial connection control window generating circuit 2 as to the spot beam and selectively outputs the information 15b outputted from a synchronization maintenance control window generating circuit 3 as to a slave station to be transited to the synchronization maintenance control. A burst detection circuit 6 sets the initial connection control window or the synchronization maintenance control window in the time area.
