The winding apparatus for thermoplastic tube includes a rotatable guider (5) attached with bobbin holders (3,3') around a center shaft (2) and locked by a fixer (4), a cylinder (8) holding a punch (7) placed at a place near the holder (3), and a cylinder (13) holding a inserting needle (10) and a roller (12) placed at a place near the holder (3'). Firstly a inserting hole is punched on a bobbin and a thermoplastic tube is inserted into the hole and wound around the bobbin successively.
