PURPOSE:To reduce the entire communication quantity and the communication time by selectively receiving only information requested by its own receiver so as to store the information to a storage device. CONSTITUTION:When the user designates information desired of reception in the designation method, a center controller 2 converts information selection designation information into an identifier of object information 11 prior to the transmission of object information and stores it to a center controller 2 as information give up selection control information. Then the center controller 2 sends the object information 11 stored in a storage device 1 to an entire information receiver 4 via a radiation multi-address communication path 5. Then each receiver 4 receives the information via the multi-address communication path 5 and selective control information added to the information and required for the selective reception and receives selectively on the information requested by its own receiver among information sets sent from the center controller via the multiple address communication path 5 and stores the information to the storage device.
