PURPOSE:To facilitate optical axis adjustment of a small-sized SHG(second harmonic generation) laser beam generator. CONSTITUTION:The optical axis of an SHG laser beam generated by a semiconductor laser element 11, a laser medium 17, a nonlinear optical crystal element 18, etc., arranged in a box (package) 31 is deflected upwards vertically by 45 deg. by a riser mirror 22, and the beam is emitted outside through the emitting hole 34 of a lid 33. Consequently, optical axis adjustment can be performed easily by adjusting it finely in two directions on the fitting surface 32 of the box 31. |
