PURPOSE:To relive the protocol load by sending TM data to an FEP from a TCM and allowing the FEP to collect TM data from the plural TCM and to send the collected data to a CPU as a TM data packet. CONSTITUTION:Numeral information (TM data) is sent to a pre-processing unit (FEP) 2 and bit information (SV data) is sent to a CPU 1 and the FEP 2 collects plural TM data packets received from an information transmitter master station (TCM) 4 and sends the result to a CPU 1 as a large TM data packet. Thus, let the number of TCMs 4 be (n), the number of the TM data packets received by the CPU 1 in steady-state is set to 1/n. Thus, the steady- state protocol load to receive the TM data packet of the CPU 1 is set to 1/n and emergency data such as the operating state of an interrupter when a fault takes place in the power system are sent directly from the TCM4 to the CPU 1. |
