THERMAL TRANSFER FOIL AND PHOSPHOR SCREEN FORMING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To decrease manhours to reduce cost and to provide a stable phosphor screen with a fixed film thickness in a forming process of phosphor screen for cathode ray tube. CONSTITUTION:A peeling layer 8, aluminum layer 9, phosphor layer 10 and adhesive layer 11 are formed to constitute a thermal transfer foil P on a long size base film 7 made of polyethylene telephtalate. A phosphor screen is formed on a glass panel by using this thermal transfer foil P.
