The emission device to evacuate and seal a lamp includes a compression head (11), with a hole for a lamp to be inserted, connected with a vacuum system, a holder to support the lead of a pole passed through the opened part of a lamp, and a fixture (13) to fix the holder in order to be extended toward a side of the compression head. The holder is supposed to be positioned at both a first position relaxingly holding the lead and a second position fastning the lead.
