<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in total processing performance without stopping the data communication system by dynamically deciding and revising a reception and a transmission window size during the system operation based on statistic collection information during the communication protocol processing execution. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a reception window size, when a busy state of its own station takes place and its own station busy generating number N1 is a criterion n1 or over, a window size decision device 8 informs a communication protocol processing section 6 of it, and the processing section 6 adjusts the reception window of the communication opposite party so as to decreased present. Furthermore, when the generating number N1 is less the criterion n1, the processing section 6 adjusts the size larger than the present size. On the other hand, in the case of a transmission window size, when a communicating opposite party busy-occurrence number N2 is a criterion n2 or over, the processing section 6 adjusts the size of the transmission window smaller than the current size and when the communicating opposite party busy-occurrence number N2 is less than the criterion n2, the processing section 6 adjusts the size of the transmission window larger than the current size.</p> |
