摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable a laminate metal plate with excellent anticorrosion and adhesion to be manufactured through low temperature preheating by press- contacting a nip roll to a preheated metal plate wound around a non-cooled or heated roll, and laminating resin to the metal plate at the interface between the surface of the metal plate and nip roll via an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 3 preheated by means of a preheating unit is wound around a non-cooled or preheated roll 1 made of metal, rubber or the like, and the metal plate 3 wound around the roll 1 is put into press contact with a nipple made of rubber such for example as silicon rubber, chloroprene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene rubber or the like. And, the metal plate 3 is laminated such that thermoplastic resin 6 melted from a T-die 5 flows downwards via an extruder 4 to the interface between the surface of the metal plate 3 and nipple roll 2, as a result, a laminated metal plate 8 is obtained in cooling it up to the ordinary temperature by means of a cooling unit 7 equipped with a water spray nozzle.</p>
