A round rod is bifurcated at both ends in a plane. Near each end, in the plane, a hole is drilled. Each end is slotted in the plane back from the hole for a short distance. Small round rods are provided having the diameter of the hole. Short lengths of tubing are provided to fit over the bifurcated round rod.
