<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of an audio signal and a video image by aborting an ineffective cell at a receiver side. CONSTITUTION:Data are stored in a transfer data storage memory 2 via a bus interface section 4 and it is noticed to a main control section 1 by activating a bus reception signal. The main control section 1 informs the presence of a line transmission data to a line interface section 3. The line interface section 3 uses an S/P 32 to apply S/P conversion to line transmission data according to a clock fed from the line, sends at first a cell identifier, starts a DMA 31 for the transmission and reads one word of a packet header from the transmission data storage memory 2 and sends the data. After the transmission by one word is finished, one word each of the packet header or the packet data is transferred to the S/P 32 and then to the line.</p> |
